My top 10 with 10

One of my main aims for MyMiniMeals is to use as minimal set of ingredients as possible. Here are 10 of my favourite recipes starting with one with 1 ingredient then one with 2 ingredients and so on…….culminating in one with 10 ingredients. I hope you enjoy them and it goes to show that you really don’t need a long list of ingredients to make really delicious and nutritious meals.

My 10 favourite “Spoonable” meals

Little Lady is now 2.5 years old and is quite good at using a spoon and fork and hardly anything …….well ok not hardly anything but not much…..gets on the floor. This got me thinking that many people think all the recipes I have on MMM are finger food but actually I have loads of meals that are for spoon fed babies or older babies / children who can feed themselves with cutlery. Beef, Beef, Beef

Anyone who is into nutrition knows that iron is really important for babies and children and therefore I’m always trying to get iron rich foods into my kids anyway I can.
